Marquette, MI – August 15, 2014 – Rich cheesecake, tart key lime pie, and fresh baked cookies are things that make life worth living. So when I go to a fancy restaurant and get a piece of pie that tastes a like the cardboard box that it traveled in across the Mackinac Bridge, I’m a little disappointed. I am the connoisseur of all things sweet (I have the waistline to prove it) and even I’ll balk at trying to eat frozen, stale pie.
Thankfully, none of that is an issue at Union Grill in South Marquette. They make all their desserts in house, including cookies!
Union Grill doesn’t just roll out the frozen dough either. Everything is made from scratch: brownies, Mackinac Island fudge, pecan pie, cheesecake, whatever you want to treat yourself with.

The key lime pie is refreshing and the unlimited drinks helped me eat that piece of peanut butter pie I had after lunch yesterday.
For your sweet tooth the perfect after-dinner recipe is a pie, cheesecake, cookies, a brownie, or all of the above.
Get a dessert to go, give em a call: 906-225-5564. Union Grill is open until 9pm Monday through Saturday. Mmmm..
