Marquette, MI – August 26, 2014 – Ever have a weekend so long that by the end of it you’re just too tired to do anything productive, like cooking? My weekend was kind of like that. I spent most of it in Chicago and by the time I got home (after 6+ hours on the road) the absolute last thing I wanted to do was turn on the oven.
What to do? I definitely did not want to order a greasy pizza, so I called up Union Grill. We got a burger and fries for “the kid“, North Carolina Pulled Pork for the husband, and a Teriyaki Chicken Salad for myself. Oh, and cheesecake because– Look, I don’t need a reason to eat cheesecake. It’s cheesecake!
This weekend was just a small order, but Union Grill in South Marquette can handle catering for up to 40 people.
