Marquette, Michigan – September 19, 2014 – Perkins Family Restaurant in Marquette invites you to stop in on September 25th during their Give Kids the World fundraiser to receive a FREE short stack of scrumptious Perkins pancakes. Perkins Restaurants around the country are participating in this event that they hope will free customers up to make a donation to Give Kids the World.
Give Kids the World Village is a non-profit organization in Florida that exists to fulfill the wishes of all children with life-threatening illnesses and their families from around the world. The organization gives these children and their families a chance to experience a memorable, joyful, cost-free visit to the world-famous central Florida attractions.
Since 1990, Perkins Restaurant & Bakery has been helping raise funds for Give Kids the World. Perkins funds the Gingerbread House at Give Kids the World Village and has served more than four million hot meals to visiting Wish families. Give Kids the World Free Pancake Day at the Marquette Perkins helps to raise the funds necessary to continue to serve memorable meals to the children and their families at the Give Kids the World Village.
