With summer (and finals week) just around the corner, Northern Michigan University has come up with a new 3 step plan to whip me into shape.
1) Grab my books

My normal stack of textbooks just barely fits in my backpack.
2) Add some more books
Now, I get to stuff in a few of those “reference” text books that I have been avoiding all semester. With finals coming up, a 10 minute gap between classes is the perfect time to hit the books.
3) Finally add STAIRS!!
At 9am, I have three flights of stairs to go. What a great way to wake up…
