We had another great day on Adam Carpenter’s Outdoor Show today, and we had a chance to talk about some great hunting and fishing topics. We also had a chance to listen to some authentic country and bluegrass music!
The first guest on the day’s Outdoor Reports was Steve Koski, from Indian Country Sports in L’Anse. They discussed some very important topics for the U.P. According to Koski, after a quiet week, boats are now heading back out on to the water. The Falls River and the Silver River both produce quite a bit of pink Salmon. Koski’s suggestion for fishing now: take a break from trolling and bob for a bit in about 160 feet of water, or maybe even deeper.
For the second Outdoor Report of the day, Adam had a chance to talk with Chris from Kadashak Guide Service. Chris reported that the water temperature dropped down to 64 degrees last night! The cool water makes for great fishing. Chris is just waiting for the flying ant hatch so he can head to the river.
Finally, on today’s Big Boy Sports Recap, Adam and Big Boy Sports adviser Steve Whelan talked about the Tigers’ latest win and the rest of the MLB. They also discussed NFL news and a whole lot more!
We hope you had a great time tuning-in to today’s Adam Carpenter’s Outdoor Show! Tune in tomorrow for another great day of hunting, fishing, and sports in the UP and Michigan!
