Marquette, MI – December 30th, 2015 – Today we spoke with Nick at Superior Outfitters in Marquette about decent stream fishing for winter steelhead. We also reviewed the best baits and tackle he’s been selling, and Tuesday night fly-tying at the shop.
Next, we satisfied a plethora of requests for info on the phenomenal Lake Gogebic walleye and jumbo perch reports through the ice. Barry from Bear’s 9 Pines Resort in Marenisco gave us the lowdown on the hot spot for ice fishermen and shared details about lures, baits, ice thickness and special rigs on the U.P.’s biggest inland lake.
Steve and I reviewed the losses last night by both the Red Wings and MSU basketball. We then proceeded to pick all of the week 17 games in the NFL. I have some major ground to try and make up, so I took some ridiculous chances. Have a listen to today’s Big Boy Sports Recap.
