In 1994, all-time rock band heavy hitters, Pink Floyd released their new album, “Division Bell” and started their North American Tour in March. Along the way, the band set a ticket sale record in Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Mo. by selling 56,134.
Along comes country artist Kenny Chesney on his “2015 The Big Revival Tour”. 20 years later, Chesney sells 57,368 for his Aug. 1st show and sets a new record at the same Arrowhead Stadium.
Nice job, Kenny…I would have never guessed you would have beat the Pink Floyd!
