Marquette, Michigan – January 21st, 2016 – It’s been another long work week. I can understand that you’ve had American Country Gold on your mind all week! Luckily, since the holidays rolled around the days have been going by very fast, for me at least. How about for you? Sandy in Marquette left a comment on my Facebook page that said she can’t wait for Saturday night to roll around once again! Well Sandy, I can’t wait either.
I’ll spin for Marquette around 6pm on Saturday night. I’ll spin for Gwinn around 1am on Sunday morning. In between that time I play the music that you grew up on. From Roy Acuff, Merle Haggard, and Dolly Parton! Speaking of Dolly, she had a birthday early this week. Dolly turned the BIG 70! Happy belated birthday, Dolly Parton! I’ll spin a few Dolly tunes on Saturday night to wish her a happy birthday!
