Marquette, Michigan – October 17th, 2015 – Many places across Marquette County received measurable snow on Friday night and into Saturday morning. However, in Gwinn where I live there wasn’t a trace of snow on the ground or in the sky Friday night and into Saturday morning. In fact, some areas in the city of Marquette received about 2 inches of snow! Wow! We’re off to a great start…
My working colleague Eric said that Ishpeming did get a dusting of snow on Friday and into Saturday. Nothing to really write home about. How about you? Did you get any measurable snow over the weekend? It’ll be nice to have SOME snow on the ground in time for Deer Season. I just hope we don’t see anything significant like last November 2014.
I was swamped with calls between 7pm and 9pm Saturday night. Then again between 10pm and Midnight. As usual, I did cut the calls off for requests and dedications between 9pm and 10pm. I just get too swamped and busy to answer the calls between that time. I thank you for not calling in between that time to give me a breather Saturday night.
I sent out Johnny Cash “Battle of Ira Heyes” to John from Brenda and Dave in Trenary! Brenda and Dave called me for the special dedication. Thanks for listening to my show on 103-FXD!
