8/6/2014 Marquette, Michigan USA — I’m happy to let you, Elmer’s loyal listeners know that Elmer Aho is back on the mend and doing very well! Elmer Aho dropped by the Great Lakes Radio studios today to say hi to everyone after being off for the past couple of months. It was rather a surprise since Elmer stopped by while the entire staff was meeting in regards to the Marquette County Fair–which is coming up Thursday-Sunday at the Fairgrounds in Sands Township.
It was a nice surprise to see Elmer Aho once again! Most of the Great Lakes Radio staff was gathered in one room when Elmer walked in and surprised everyone! Everyone welcomed Elmer Aho with open arms and couldn’t believe how well Elmer looked after his health scare almost 2 months ago.
Elmer picked up his entire 1 ton load of fan mail when he stopped by! He couldn’t believe all the get well letters and thoughts and prayers he’s received over the past couple of months while being away from the microphone! Elmer can’t thank you enough for ALL your thoughts and prayers while being away from the microphone. It was so nice to see Elmer and we all feel very good knowing that Elmer Aho is feeling much better.
He hopes to be back to the microphone very soon to host American Country Gold LIVE on 103-FXD. In the meantime, we will continue to bring you a previous show on Saturday evening during Elmer’s absence. Enjoy a show from August 2012 this Saturday evening from 7pm to Midnight on 103-FXD.
