Flashing Headlights at Me Isn’t Cool

These headlights can be very blinding to the naked eye

11/11/2013 Marquette, Michigan — Flashing your brights at someone without good reason is confusing. On Saturday night on my way to the radio station 2 cars in the oncoming lane on U.S. 41 flashed their brights at me. Why? I still can’t figure out why.

I’ve been driving for over 12 years now. In those 12 years, usually drivers flash their brights at me to; 1.) alert me that my brights are on; 2.) there’s a Policeman somewhere close; 3.) one of my headlights are out. What could the other reason or reasons be??

I did NOT have my brights on. I didn’t have a headlight burnt out, and I’m pretty sure a Policeman wasn’t in sight. So what other reason would someone flash their brights at you?? A curious mind would LOVE to know…
