
5/6/2014 Marquette, Michigan — Late last week I noticed that I suddenly wasn’t feeling good. I had the chills, my throat suddenly got sore, and my nose was running like the dickens! Obviously, I had a cold coming on. My head was also stuffy, and I couldn’t breath through my nose. I knew I had to take action since you count on my voice to bring you the best in country from 3pm to 7pm on 103-FXD.
I took quick action and my cold was quickly resolved. This is proof that taking in Vitamin C and Zinc does a body good! Within a couple of days of feeling miserable, I felt really good once again! I slept longer than usual, and I drank PLENTY of orange juice. I also took in more fruits and vegetables than normal.
If you ever feel a cold coming on, take quick action just like I did. It got my cold under control very quickly and I felt great. So, it’s true what they say: Plenty of Vitamin C and Zinc in your diet when you have a cold coming on really does work.
I’ll admit, I can be a baby when I don’t feel good. Luckily for everyone, it didn’t quite come to that point!
