Marquette, Michigan – September 14th, 2016 – I (Eric Scott) will have the privilege to join our WWII and Korean Veterans to see the Memorials that stand in their honor in Washington D.C. next Wednesday, September 21st. The U.P. Honor Flight is making this possible with donations from Honor Credit Union and you! You can find out more about the Honor Flight here.
This will be a once in a lifetime event! I feel honored to visit the Memorial in Washington D.C. with our WWII and Koreans Veterans, who gave so much to this country so we could be free! I will be flying out from the Delta County Airport a week from today (in the early morning hours) and will spend the day with our beloved Veterans in Washington D.C.
The entire day on Wednesday, September 21st will be spent with our WWII and Korean Veterans. I will be taking a lot of pictures and will have audio from the event in Washington D.C.! Many folks across the Upper Peninsula are looking forward to flying with out Veterans and to thank them for their service.
I will have further updates next week here on WFXD.com and 103-FXD.
