4/29/2013 Marquette, Michigan — After nearly 7 months, I cleaned the dust off my mountain bike and hit a few trails in Marquette! In addition to that, the past few days I’ve been biking to work. It’s almost a 2 mile trek, but, it feels great and I feel energized. This past weekend I spent a majority of my time outdoors.
It was in the upper 60’s/lower 70’s on both Saturday and Sunday. Monday (t0day) the breeze feels perfect while you’re out on your bike. Needless to say, when I get done with work tonight I’ll be doing some more biking. You know your muscles are getting a workout when you’re in pain all over the place. In fact, on Sunday morning I was in so much pain I could hardly move. That’s what I call a workout…
