5/15/2014 Marquette, Michigan — I can’t believe Memorial Day Weekend is almost here…. the weather this year has thrown me WAY OFF! How about you!?! With ____ in the forecast for tonight and into Friday, can you really blame me for being thrown off?
Normally by this time of year I have my Memorial Day Weekend all planned out. My family will be going camping (as they always do) and I have the option of going to visit with them for a few days. You’d think after a REALLY HARSH WINTER like we had this past year I’d be really eager to get out and enjoy some time away. Oddly enough, I really don’t feel that way this year.
I think once I get into the groove of things and actually enjoy some time away I’ll be in the mood to take a vacation. I’m just thinking that the weather has thrown me off course this year. I know my family feels the same way too.
With that being said, how do you feel about Memorial Day Weekend?? Do you have any plans yet? Is the weather getting you down too?
