This rain is going to drive me insane! We could see over 3" of rain across the Upper Peninsula between Wednesday and Thursday.
This rain is going to drive me insane! We could see over 3″ of rain across the Upper Peninsula between Wednesday and Thursday.

9/10/2014 Marquette, Michigan — DAY! Or how about stay away forever? Are you with me when I say bring back the beautiful weather that we had yesterday (Tuesday) across the Upper Peninsula?? I heard that Tuesday could have been about the best day (weather wise) this past summer! Do you agree?

As I was scrolling over the forecast and getting ready to host the FXD Drive this afternoon from 3pm to 7pm on 103-FXD, I noticed that my forecast is showing the possibility of over 3″ of rain! WOW… I can’t remember the last time we seen so much water fall from the sky.

When I drove down to the radio station this morning, I noticed that there was already some localized flooding across U.S. 41 between Ishpeming and Marquette. Look out…. or drive in the fast lane, it’s going to be a wet ride.

Then again I guess your grass and flowers could certainly use this rain; just seems a little too excessive to me. COME BACK TUESDAY!

What do you think? Text me at 362-WFXD, 362-9393.
