Marquette, Michigan – July 27th, 2015 – I could probably count on 5 hands how many people know my phone number. Over the weekend I received a VERY odd text. It almost came across as a threat to me. I did some research and quickly learned that the area code popped up from Texas. Actually, to be exact, it was a very rural part of Northern Texas. I do have relatives in Texas… but this wasn’t them.
The text came in late Sunday night. It read “I have been thinking abbout some seriously racy stuff about you today.” No other information was provided. I was actually a little worried about it at first. I didn’t hear anything further from the person that sent the text. I didn’t want to provoke them so I didn’t send a reply to the text.
Have you ever received a strange text like this? If so, please share it with me. I’m curious. I think it was by accident… why would someone from rural Northern Texas send me a text like this? Very odd….
