6/2/2014 Marquette, Michigan — Sunday was one of those days! I ended up driving around parts of the U.P. without a destination in mind. After being cooped up most of the weekend, I felt the urge to drive around different part of the Upper Peninsula. This urge comes on when the weather is warm (or HOT!) and being cooped up for a period of time.
I actually took a drive down to Iron County–Crystal Falls and Iron River areas. The weather suddenly decided to turn a little nasty so my mini vacation was literally rained out! I ended up driving around the towns of Crystal Falls and Iron River. It’s been over a year since I was in that area so I felt I was about due for a visit.
Besides the weather turning a little nasty I enjoyed my Sunday drive. I’m not sure where I’ll go next time…. but I’m sure I won’t have a destination in mind!
