Marquette, Michigan — Ever have a weekend that you just wanted to drag on and on? Well, this weekend I had one of those.
It started off on Friday night with a visit to see a buddy of mine in Houghton. Great food, great company, and great drinks! Something that really stuck out to me is how many local restaurants there are in the Keweenaw. I happened to notice that this weekend for the first time. I think it’s great that so many local establishments have set up shop in the Keweenaw. Something for everyone!
I celebrated the rest of my birthday on Sunday with my family. What a great Sunday. Despite the slippery roads on Saturday night, and the winter storm; even the time change on Sunday…that didn’t put a damper on my fun this past weekend! I hope yours was as memorable as mine.
