Marquette, Michigan – December 21st, 2015 – I’m a little down in the dumps right now. I’m seeing a lot of green around the city of Marquette. Christmas is only 4 days away now… I think it’s high time we join the Copper Country and finally get some measurable snow. I know, call me absolutely crazy.. but that wouldn’t be the first time!
My friend from Hancock said he received measurable snow on Thursday and Friday. Heck, Chassell received upwards of about a foot of fresh, heavy snow. Folks from the Copper Country are rejoicing over the recent snowfall. Now it’s Marquette’s turn! Even in Ishpeming where I live there’s just a light dusting on the ground.
Now Mr. Weatherman is saying that we might see rain on Wednesday…. just in time for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I think it’s high time we did get a few inches of some nice, fresh snow. It wouldn’t be unusual though if we do have a green Christmas. I’m just hoping for a white Christmas…
What say you?
