It has been a while since I have updated you on my journey here in 2020 and for that I apologize! But I am here to give you an update, as the Super Bowl party got to me!

I went in with a plan, that I was going to be conscious of what I was eating and how much of it I was going to eat. But when you put wings in front of me, all self control goes out the window. But you know what? That’s OK! You still have to live life. I just had to do some damage control this week.

When I stepped on the scale Monday morning, I weighed in at 181.6 – a full 4 pounds heavier than what I weighed on the Friday before. But after getting after it with the diet this week, I am back down to 176.6 pounds. It goes to show you, you can still live and still reach your goals, as I have dropped the 1 pound I was looking to drop this week.

My macros for the week: I have averaged 175.5P/168.8C/36F coming out to an average of about 1,701 calories per day. It was a deload week for me in the weight room as well, letting my body recover as I come up on a new cycle.

But just remember, when your goal is to lose fat/weight it doesn’t have to be chicken and broccoli for every meal, and it doesn’t have to be non-stop. Make sure you still live life to the fullest.

Next week on my update I will show some of the different meals I eat throughout the week.
