Marquette, MI – June 5, 2017 – There are few better experiences than taking in a beautiful day at a big league ballpark. The sound of enthusiastic fans, the smell of hot dogs and roasted peanuts, and that first time you see the gorgeous green grass on the field. All of these things contribute to an incredible day taking it America’s favorite past time.
This past weekend I was down in Detroit and decided to take in a Tigers game while I was down there at incredible Comerica Park. While I was there with my morning show partner, Ryan Ranguette, we got to chat with a Tigers’ legend and current Fox Sports Detroit analyst, Craig Monroe. We hung out at the FSD booth for the bottom half of the first inning, and the whole FSD crew; C-Mo, John Keating, and the camera operators, were all incredibly friendly.
To top it all off, the Tigers’ offense put on a show. They scored 10 runs in a 10-1 victory, and we got to see pitcher Jordan Zimmerman in one of his best outings of the season. All around, it was a fantastic Saturday.
It’s hard to top a day at the ballpark.
