Marquette, MI – July 8, 2019 – It was a great Sunday yesterday. Coming off the big holiday weekend, my girlfriend and I were able to get a lot accomplished. Lawn mowed, grocery shopping done, finished laundry, cooked food for the week, cleaned the house, changed a light bulb that was out – all in all a very good and productive day.
All until it wasn’t.
I went to go let the dog back inside, and while I was doing it, I was looking out the window on the deck to see where she was. I was not paying attention to where I was going and then BAM, stubbed two toes on the entry way into the kitchen.
I went down in a heap of pain, and then just felt my toes get bigger. When I finally took off my socks I saw purple as if I colored my toes with a marker. So it wasn’t a great end to a very good day.
And in case you were wondering, they hurt very much today.
