Marquette, MI – August 7, 2023 – I walked out my front door this morning, took a deep breath, and felt something different in the air. There was a slight chill, I could smell the dew on the wet grass and I knew. It’s a feeling in the air that brings me back to being a high school kid, waking up earlier than I have all summer, to get to the locker room and get ready for the first day of football two-a-days. Football was in the air today. Good luck to all the kids and coaches beginning their journey today for what should be a fun season!
