Ewen, MI – March 30, 2015 – Big Valley Ford in Ewen has a new Service Manager. The five Big Valley owners welcome Ryan Frazer.
Ryan Frazer oversees the service in the shop and makes sure that the techs follow through, providing you with the best service for your vehicle.
Ryan Frazer started in 1999 at a dealer in Escanaba while at Bay College and spent one year in his own shop. Then he joined Big Valley in 2001. Ryan worked wrenching in the back learning the ins and outs of Ford and Chrysler repair for seven years in Ewen.
In 2008, Ryan moved to Marquette and put in seven years of service repair experience at Fox Motors in Marquette, giving him sixteen total years of Ford service experience. His certifications include Michigan Master, ASE Master Mechanic, and Ford Senior Master Mechanic. These certifications are important to be able to actually wrench on a car because you need to be Michigan certified. ASE is nationally recognized and the Ford Senior Master Mechanic certification is about knowing all of Ford’s training to complete warranty work. Ryan has all the training necessary that Ford provides.
While learning a new position in management is always tricky, Ryan Frazer is up to the challenge. This a difficult challenge because the five owners at Big Valley have extremely high service standards, which people from all across the Upper Peninsula and Northern Wisconsin have grown to appreciate and expect.
Ryan’s wife, Heather, works at the State Bank in Ewen. They will be selling their house in Ishpeming. Ryan, Heather and their 2 year old son Cole will be moving to Ewen soon.
Welcome aboard Ryan!
