Marquette, MI – August 1, 2011 – “Music in the Village” was an eclectic community event displaying local talent and placing an emphasis on local businesses along North Third Street in Marquette. The streets were packed with spectators enjoying live local talent in front of ten different local businesses.
Music played could satisfy many different styles preferred. From one-man-bands to violins and string quartets, it was an enjoyable event. To top it all off, White’s Party Store hosted a wine tasting event, Messiah Lutheran Church invited the community in for an “End of Summer Family Celebration”, and Togo’s had free lemonade and snacks.
