Marquette, MI– Restoration progress continues on the Bluff Street Parking Structure. The upper level of the deck will be closed to allow for final caulking of the joints. The entire upper level of the deck will be closed beginning Monday, Oct. 24 is weather permits.
The east and west stair towers will also be closed. The entire lower level of the structure will be open and available for both rental and customer parking. Parking permit holders may park in any available space on the lower level of the deck except those designated as handicapped or 24-hour reserved spaces. All of which are clearly marked.
Individuals parking in a reserved space without a 24-hour permit will be ticketed.
Parking is also available to rental parking tenants in any of the public parking lots in the downtown district or in any complimentary metered space on West Main Street.
It is anticipated that the upper level of the deck will re-open by Friday, Oct. 28. The eat stair tower may remain closed for a longer amount of time.
