A year after releasing “Come Home” Faith Hill is now releasing another single from her upcoming seventh studio album.
“American Heart” will hit the country radio waves October 1st! It is a mid-tempoed song about a protagonist who survives on her faith in the American dream.
Rumors say her upcoming album may be called “Illusion” like the song she performed during the CMA Music Festival special on ABC.
“This album, more than any I’ve made in the past, definitely infuses more gospel-soul into the sound,” Faith told The Boot. “Country music is very soulful music, so it’s always been that way a little bit, but I definitely dug a little deeper in my Mississippi soul for this record.”
