Over the weekend I went sailing with my family on Gary’s sail boat. The Captain safely navigated the waters and we had a blast watching the sun set from just past Black Rocks.
Gary just bought a new main sail and it worked great even thought there was barely a breeze. We cruised comfortably around 3 knots, only motoring in and out of the harbor which me made it back to just after dark.
This was one of those nights that makes the winter bearable up here, and really make you appreciate the lake for it’s beauty. The sky was perfect, it was almost the same color as the water when you looked out away from shore.
