Chatham, MI – There was a fun show Sunday, June 23rd at the Alger County Fairgrounds in Chatham that my mom, sister and I raced our horses in.
We race in Speed Events, which are different patterns that include barrels, poles and jumps and the fastest time wins. The first event, barrels, was a little rough for all three of us, but then we got warmed up, along with our horses, and did really good!
I won the Midwest Flags and the Butterfly poles! I was so proud of my horse and we all had so much fun! We’re going to be competing again next weekend!
