Looks like Country is needed on American Idol! Keith Urban is the latest country star to be approached by the producers about becoming a judge with the returning Randy Jackson and the newly appointed Mariah Carey.
Toby Keith turned down the position and Lauren Alaina said that Carrie Underwood would be a good judge, but we already heard that she wouldn’t, neither would Reba McEntire.
Brad Paisley was a potential it seemed before Keith, so we’ll have to see what they firgure out. But I agree, American Idol needs a country judge for its 12th season!
