Rochester – January 6, 2014 – Wow, ice, ice fog, wind, 32 degrees below zero and a wind chill of 52 below in Rochester, Minnesota this morning. This means every school in the city was shut down for the day. In-fact, it is so cold today in Minnesota they closed every school in the state. We stayed inside all day and just looked out the window at the extreme cold out there. I think Global Cooling is at play!
