Ishpeming – October 7, 2013 – My retired old fashioned friend lives downtown Ishpeming.
All summer long he enjoys sitting on the porch, reading, having an ice tea, and watching the cars go by.
So last night he sends me a Facebook note. And my old fashioned friend says, “I was visiting my daughter last night when I asked if I could borrow a newspaper.
“This is the 21st century,” she said. “We don’t waste money on newspapers. Here, use my iPad.”
I can tell you this …..that fly never knew what hit him.
