
Marquette, Michigan – March 18, 2015 – Hiawathaland Farm Bureau is joining other Farm Bureaus and organizations around the country in celebrating the important role agriculture plays in our daily lives. County Farm Bureaus across the State of Michigan will sponsor a variety of local activities and promotions to honor the state’s agricultural diversity and the farmers who make up the $101 billion industry.

Local activities include the Hiawathaland Farm Bureau Membership Drive at the Tractor Supply Store in Marquette on Saturday, March 21 from 11 am to 1:30 pm with giveaways every half hour!

Tony, the manager at the Marquette Tractor Supply Store encourages people to come out and enjoy free hot dogs with Jilbert Dairy chocolate and white milk while learning how Hiawathaland Farm Bureau defends the rights and economic interests of its members.
In Escanaba – Saturday, March 28, 11 am – 1:30 pm at Tractor Supply Store
Escanaba Tractor Supply Store Manager Mike Rodreigus is pleased to announce another celebration of Michigan’s farmers and agriculture with the Hiawathaland Farm Bureau will membership drive on Saturday, March 28, from 11 am to 1:30 p.m.
Mike said this is a great opportunity for people to join the Hiawathaland Farm Bureau and learn more about lobbying efforts on behalf of Michigan’s farmers. Free hot dogs and Jilbert Dairy chocolate and white milk will be available at this membership drive as well.
