Marquette, MI – August 3, 2019 – Saturday marked the last day of Tadych’s Econo Foods‘ two day meat sale, and along with all the discounts on quality meats, there was a cookout in the Econo parking lot. $5 got customers an Angus Pride ribeye steak sandwich, a small bag of chips, and a soft drink, and for all kids under 14 years old, sliders, hot dogs, chips and pop were free! Alex Baysore headed down to the sale to check out everything that was happening, and he went live on-air to let people know about the festivities.
In addition to all the great deals on food, there was a petting zoo for the kids. There were cows, pigs, lambs, and many more animals for people to look at and pet, and it was a huge hit with all the children. Alex spoke with some of the people that put the event together, and they were really excited to be able to host such a popular gathering. They said that the sale was a huge success, and they couldn’t wait to do it all again next year.
