Marquette, MI – July 27, 2018 – Our Grille is celebrating their Grand Re-Opening in their brand new location right in the heart of Gwinn! Join the staff at the building located right across from Gwinn High School to celebrate the newest Modeltowner restaurant.
Until 5pm this evening the party is on in the parking lot. It’s a little chilly outside, but the grill is hot! The Our Grille crew is serving up hot dogs, hamburgers, and brats on the grill, plus an array of fresh-made salads and other goodies. There are bounce houses and face painting for the kids and plenty of free fun to be had.
We had 103-FXD’s Luke Ghiardi at Our Grille this afternoon to chat with some of the staff and celebrate their big move from K.I. Sawyer. Luke talked with Our Grille Store Manager, Clay to get all of the event details. Since their official opening about a month ago, Klaye pointed out that he has already seen an incredible difference in the amount of business the restaurant brings in. During Luke’s talk with owner Renee, she made the same comment, excited for the chance to get to know her community even better and bring people together.
Overall community and family seem to be a huge part of what makes this large portioned, fair priced restaurant special. Our Grille is like home to the staff and they want to share that old fashioned, homey vibe with customers as well. Dedicated to the community, Renee talked about how they often donate certificates for fundraisers and even food when someone passes away. She is very happy to be right there in the middle of town where the restaurant can engage with the community and they grow their family.
Some come on down and see server Alec, store manager Klaye, owner Renee and the rest of the Our Grille family right off M-35 in Gwinn. The 50’s theme of the restaurant includes the era’s “Blue Plate Special” tradition with daily home made specials posted on their Facebook page.
