Brenda Nault – Wins $6000 Hot Tub from Rec Depot and Great Lakes Radio(Ishpeming, Michigan) – September 26, 2013 – Brenda Nault of Ishpeming won the $6000 Hot Tub at Rec Depot Nordic Retreat Hot Tub Giveaway sponsored by the Rec Depot of Marquette and Great Lakes Radio at the Country Village Banquet & Conference Center in Ishpeming. Brenda was thrilled to win. She works at Bell Hospital in Ishpeming and is pursuing her teaching degree at Northern Michigan University.
Brenda was the first finalist chosen of 6 finalists, including one finalist chosen by finding a prize envelope under her chair for UpBargains.com, choosing the the WRUP Finalist Envelope. Brenda signed up by calling WFXD and registering on-air.
The numbers are in for the Hot Tub giveaway too. Despite being a gorgeous summer-like fall evening, we were packed at the Country Lanes bowling alley.
In fact, there were not enough seats. Clay and his team had to bring in more chairs. It was standing room only. The party had 329 people in attendance.
Mama Russo’s Homemade Italian Products provided a great catered meal and a great selection of tasty foods, including lasagna, cudighi sausage, green apple salad, and pasta salad.
Door prizes were generously given away, to both contestants and their guests.
Glenn Spencer of BioLife Plasma Services in Marquette also gave away a $50.00 Mastercard Gift Card to Jay Pickenson of Marquette when Jay correctly guessed the closest to the number — 775 — of Life Savers in the bowl.
