Weather Updates from TV6 Meteorologists Karl Bohnak and Jennifer Perez
The mild 2021 weather pattern persists in the U.P. tonight and into Monday with light southerly breezes and areas of patchy fog.
Monday afternoon, a Canadian Prairies-based system enters Gogebic County, bringing a chance of snow showers over the Western U.P. midday and then eastward into the afternoon.
Lake Superior-effect light snow showers possible Tuesday and then the mild, drier weather pattern returns midweek.
Into the weekend, a system from Western Ontario looks to break down the mild pattern, influence a colder air mass over the U.P. and produce snow over the region.
