A weak clipper system moves across the area today with light snow showers in parts of the Keweenaw. Tuesday through Wednesday remain mild in the 30s with partly to mostly cloudy skies. Then, an upper-level low pressure dives south and spins over us by Friday. This will bring a system across the area during this time period followed by cooler air this weekend. Wet snow showers move late Thursday afternoon with scattered snow showers continuing on Friday. Then, lake effect snow ramps up during the weekend with cooler air.

Today: A few snow showers in the Keweenaw. Otherwise, breezy in the morning and cloudy

Tuesday: Partly to mostly cloudy and mild

>Highs: Low 30s

Wednesday: Mostly cloudy and warmer

>Highs: Low to mid-30s

Thursday: Cloudy with afternoon snow showers moving in from west to east

Friday: Scattered snow showers and mild

>Highs: Low 30s

Saturday: Cloudy with lake effect snow showers

>Highs: Low to mid-20s

Sunday: Scattered snow showers
