Marquette, Michigan – July 2nd, 2016 – It was all about patriotism during my show, American Country Gold on 103-FXD and WFXD.com! During the show on Saturday night I hit more than 200 calls from listeners at every campground in Upper Michigan, every camp, and even every highway and byway! I was ecstatic to talk to so many of my fine listeners during American Country Gold! Thanks so much for taking time out of your busy schedules during this 4th of July Weekend!
There are so many activities coming up over the next couple of days across the Upper Peninsula of Michigan! There’s a special Michigamme Community Day on Sunday; that will feature activities throughout the day and Fireworks at dusk on Sunday over Lake Michigamme. The International Food Fest continues in Marquette at the Lower Harbor Park Sunday and Monday from Noon to 10:30pm. Many parades on Monday, Independence Day.
Make sure if you’ll be attending the Ishpeming or Marquette parades on Monday that you look for the Great Lakes Radio Team! As a matter of fact, most campgrounds weren’t taking any more reservations!
